The official certificate presentation took place a few days ago during an institutional event attended by our colleague Sergio Ruiz, deputy manager of the aforementioned properties, who represented the entire team. This distinction, promoted by the Ministry of Industry and Tourism along with the Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the Balearic Islands, endorses the implementation of best practices aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring sustainability, and raising the standards of tourism service.
