MarSenses Hotels & Homes has been participating since 2022 with SOIB Dona to facilitate employment for women victims of gender violence.

Named as an “Example Company of Good Practices” thanks to this job placement programme for this group, included in our #PlandeIgualdade, we work to promote the hiring of people in vulnerable situations from guidance, training and employment promotion programmes. In this way we provide them with economic independence, while at the same time fostering a relationship of support and help for the worker.
