From the 2021 season, the Marketing department of MarSenses Hotels & Homes has developed different informative elements and supports to reduce the use of paper by up to 80% during the guests’ stay in the hotels.

The website is a new communication channel within the hotel, to inform guests of details of interest during their stay. At check-in, all the information necessary for accessing the website is provided via a QR code that directs guests to the website from any mobile device.

Televisions have also been placed as an informative support to display this information, reducing by 80% the paper consumed between guests.

To increase the reach of this information among guests, we have also implemented the Hotel Channel, which displays the relevant information on TVs in all rooms.
