This morning we started the first round of the workload study in the flooring department of the MarSenses Puerto Pollensa Hotel & Spa. In the coming days, we will extend this analysis to the rest of our hotels.

This system will allow us to evaluate the performance of the teams and determine the number of staff needed to keep the rooms and common areas clean and in perfect condition. In this way, we will avoid work overloads and ensure a healthy working environment.
