That’s right. You read that correctly. For the second year in a row, we’ve achieved certification as a Great Place to Work® Spain… #Bravo
Wait a moment. Maybe you don’t know what we’re talking about, what this certification entails, or how it’s earned. Don’t worry—we’ll explain it in this post.
Being a Great Place to Work® isn’t a title you can buy—it’s earned! And the best part: it’s not decided by an external jury, but by the company’s own team through their opinions and experiences.
How do you get it? Here’s how…
The entire team participates anonymously in a survey known as the ‘Trust Index,’ which evaluates key aspects such as trust, pride in belonging, camaraderie, and leadership.
Based on this survey and the data we gather from participants, the company’s people management practices are reviewed: diversity, inclusion, talent development, well-being, and values.
It’s important to note that the ‘Trust Index’ is a methodology focused on creating exceptional employee experiences, going beyond a simple survey. It allows the team to be heard by measuring the employee experience, evaluating organizational climate, and assessing trust and engagement within the company.
Additionally, it helps strengthen leadership and people management through designing leadership models based on key behaviors, 180° feedback for managers, and identifying areas for improvement in teams with concrete action plans. It also measures the maturity of organizational culture, evaluating how innovation, agility, and shared responsibility are promoted among employees.
That’s why, once the survey results are analyzed, if the majority of the team confirms that they work in a positive, motivating, and trustworthy environment… the company earns the Great Place to Work® certification!
The Great Place to Work® certification is much more than a badge: it’s proof that people are at the heart of the organization. It means working in a place where there is trust, pride, respect, and opportunities to grow.
In short: the certificate reflects how the people who work in the organization feel.
