As of 1st June, a new working week of 38.5 hours per week will come into effect for all the company’s staff, maintaining the same salary level that was previously received for 40 hours of work. This initiative represents a firm commitment to the emotional well-being of our employees, seeking to promote greater efficiency and productivity in all areas that make up our organisation.

This measure, established within our GenSenses corporate culture, marks the beginning of a series of changes that will be implemented throughout this season and the next, with the aim of recognising and valuing the commitment and dedication of our team, as a token of gratitude for their excellent professional performance.
